Of course, all the artificial eyes we manufacture fulfil all legal requirements. Eye prosthesises are indicated in the following cases:
- Loss of the natural eye due to a disease, an accident or as consequence of war wounds
- Congenital anophtalmus (missing eye)
- Congenital microphtalmus (the eye is too small)
- So-called "blind eye" (injured, often shrunk, functionless eye)
- Medical reasons: Protection of the eye socket or of the remaining eyeball, prevention of shrinking processes and encouragement of the skull growth and the face symmetry on infants.
